I am truly honored and humbled to step into the role of Programs and Operations Director at Cornerstone. My name is Alexis Flint, and I stand before you with a heart filled with gratitude, hope, and a profound commitment to the mission that has defined Cornerstone for years. As I take on this responsibility, I wanted to share my story, my aspirations, and my dedication to continuing the incredible work that my father, Bryan Flint, Sr., began.
A Personal Journey
This journey is deeply personal for me. My father's tragic passing in May left an indescribable void in my heart and within the Cornerstone family. His unwavering faith and boundless passion were the cornerstones of this organization. While I acknowledge that filling his shoes is an impossible task, I carry forward his legacy with the faith and passion he instilled in me.

My vision for Cornerstone is rooted in community, compassion, and collaboration. It's not just about maintaining the legacy my father left; it's about building upon it. As the new Programs and Operations Director, I am committed to nurturing relationships with local churches, individuals, businesses, and organizations.
