Art for a Heart: EPOCH Art Program's Fundraiser for Cornerstone Foundation

The EPOCH Art Program at Vernon Center Middle School has always been a beacon of creativity and community spirit. This year, the program outdid itself with its annual EPOCH Art Night, a celebration of art and philanthropy that brought together students, teachers, and community members for a noble cause. The event was a resounding success, raising an impressive $1,325 for the Cornerstone Foundation, surpassing last year's total of $1,200.

The theme of the night, "Art for a Heart," resonated deeply with all who attended. The students of the EPOCH Art Program showcased their talent and dedication by charging for tickets, selling their own original artwork, and hosting various craft tables. They also designed two engaging photo booths, adding a fun and interactive element to the evening. The funds raised will go a long way in supporting Cornerstone's mission of keeping people safe, fed, housed, and clothed.

The success of this event would not have been possible without the hard work and commitment of the students and their teacher, Sherri Nevins. Year after year, they continue to support the Cornerstone Foundation and the broader community through their artistic endeavors. Their efforts remind us of the power of art to bring people together and make a positive impact on the world.

As we celebrate this remarkable achievement, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making EPOCH Art Night a triumph. Your support helps ensure that the Cornerstone Foundation can continue its vital work in our community. Together, we are making a difference, one brushstroke at a time.

look forward to seeing what creative and philanthropic endeavors the students will undertake in the future.
